What we do not promise
We do not promise rankings, traffic, signups or any result in Google. Search engines make their own decisions, and a link may add little or nothing.
Nor do we promise that every link survives forever on the open web. Placements are permanent on our side, but a publisher can later close a site, which is outside our control.
Use the service only if you accept this.
Your account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or act for a company that is. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Give us accurate details. We may suspend an account that looks fraudulent.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack a competitor, point links at malware or phishing pages, or hide who you are. Do not scrape the store or resell our inventory without agreement.
We may suspend access to protect the marketplace and its publishers. Where we can, we tell you first.
Balance and payment
Orders are paid from a dashboard balance that you top up. Adding rows to the basket costs nothing until you pay.
Prices shown in the store apply at the time of payment. Refunds are considered when a placement fails to go live, or when it does not match the order and we cannot fix it.
Invoices and proforma invoices are available from the dashboard.
Orders and content
You choose automatic, instruction-based or self-written content. You promise that what you supply is lawful, that you have the rights to it, and that the page you link to is not illegal or deceptive.
We may refuse or cancel an order for adult, gambling or other content we do not carry, or when a donor refuses it. Cancelled orders are refunded to your balance.
Publishers
Publishers who list a site set their prices and approve every placement. They must own or control the site and must not insert content that harms readers.
Payouts are made weekly according to the dashboard rules.
Limits and disputes
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue.
Tell us about a problem at [email protected] first. Most issues end there.
We may update these terms and show the new date at the top. Continued use means you accept the change. Related reading: privacy.
